This project was based on a small weekend ranch house from the 40's Malibu area. Set on a gorgeous setting over looking the Southern California coastline 180 degrees. A spectacular view to day the least. We took down the existing small ranch house and created this breathtaking modern residence which was appropriate to its surrounding, designing all aspects of this project including the entry gates and surrounding areas.
