Architectural Design Photos | 30 Roundup Lane

This project is the 4th project I have done for this client over the years. He wanted this to be his final house since the previous one I designed for him burnt down completely from the fires that ravaged Southern California a couple of years ago. The Client has owned this particular property for several years laying vacant. This particular lot had a large "bump" in the middle of the lot then decreasing in slope on the backend. The design concept for this house was to follow the slope from the right hand side then following the slope toward what is now the Garage on the left side of the house.
It is presently under construction.
