Architectural Design Photos | Private Residence

I designed this project for a young couple with children and they wanted a specific size of house with swimming pool and pool house as well on a one story design requirement. The area had height limitations which was a zoning requirement among other by laws, which are strictly enforced in this City. We later came back and designed a home theatre above the garage under the said height limitations although with a few challenges but were able to comply successfully all having to blend together.
