Architectural Design Photos | Bell Canyon Project

This project is still in the design stages after quite a few years for two brothers in the Bell Canyon Road area. This is an uphill sloping lot set between two other projects I designed and built. It has the main house and located at the other end opposite the garage is the guest house or “ADU” (Accessory Dwelling Unit) which is becoming quite popular with residents in the Southland. This has a home theatre on the ground level next to the garage with separate Master suites to accommodate the two brothers that will be living here. It is a work in progress.
