This residence located in the Pacific Palisades, California was the sixth in a series of houses done for a Family Development and Contracting company. This one is their personal residence. They gave me the requirements that were needed on a relatively flat lot and we were able to provide them with this particular architectural design. This design suits the locality quite beautifully blending into the surrounding areas.
